Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years relevant Engineering, Survey, or Civil Construction Industry experience.
- Strong foundation in site development or site civil design, utilities, civil construction, permitting, and/or survey.
- Ability to drive technical discussion and site civil design.
- Experience with QA/QC engineering plans.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including proposals and scope/schedule/fee management.
- Proficiency in standard Office software, including Bluebeam.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to write project notes and short technical reports without AI tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally to field and office locations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams.
- Manage project schedule, scope, financials, QA/QC, and deliverables.
- Anticipate and resolve project issues.
- Set projects, programs, and staff up for success through continuous improvement documentation.
- Provide civil engineering-related technical guidance for energy transmission projects.
