Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training, education, or electrical construction experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting or managing electrical construction projects in energy infrastructure.
- Experience evaluating costs and scope of work requirements for electrical construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in administrative and procedural decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Eligibility to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in project management tools (preferred).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred).
- Experience supporting Federal Government clients (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, designs, and delivery solutions.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings.
- Provide accurate project status reporting on milestones, risk, and financial performance.
- Perform in-person site visits to project locations as needed.
- Participate in progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal leadership.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks and complexities.
- Manage project dependencies, resources, and schedules.
