- Take primary project management responsibility for a portfolio of core SIL client engagements.
- Develop and maintain clear workplans, timelines, milestones, and project trackers.
- Coordinate work across interviews, research, analysis, writing, and final delivery.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
- Coordinate the interview process including participant mapping, outreach, and scheduling.
- Facilitate project check-ins and maintain momentum among researchers and consultants.
- Manage project assets, multimedia content, and promotional material production.
