Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management, marketing operations, or related experience in an agency or marketing environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing creative or content workflows, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and approvals.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-channel projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management or collaboration tools such as Workfront, Aprimo, Monday.com, or SharePoint.
- Ability to work from a dedicated home space meeting minimum internet speed requirements of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to offices for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for complex creative, content, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate work requests, clarify requirements, and prioritize demand.
- Manage project risks, tradeoffs, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and production partners for delivery across digital, print, and integrated campaign channels.
- Identify workflow trends, capacity constraints, and process improvement opportunities to strengthen operational performance.
