Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack capabilities across modern web frontend and backend services.
- Demonstrated experience owning consumer growth, acquisition, or activation surfaces.
- Proven track record of running production A/B tests and funnel instrumentation.
- Experience with user segment analysis, dropoff tracking, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to debug across web UI, networking, backend services, and CI pipelines.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team with product, design, and data.
- Proficiency in writing clear, maintainable, and observable production code.
- Experience integrating AI coding tools into development and verification workflows.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and feature flagging.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve web/product surfaces for prospective member acquisition and conversion.
- Simplify and optimize user signup, login, and initial onboarding flows.
- Design, ship, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the product funnel.
- Implement features across frontend, backend, and API surfaces.
- Instrument funnels and cohorts to measure engagement and activation milestones.
- Maintain the reliability and performance of high-traffic growth journeys.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to iterate on growth hypotheses.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding and testing workflows.
