Future operates on a Remote-First model. You can work from anywhere in the continental U.S. They provide a stipend for your home office setup. You also receive monthly support for internet or coworking. They value asynchronous communication and deep focus time. The team also organizes intentional in-person gatherings. Engineers at Future solve complex problems at the intersection of AI, human expertise, and behavior change. You will build and ship AI-powered features that directly improve the product experience. This involves designing intelligent systems and validating them with real users. You will own the full lifecycle from experimentation to continuous improvement. The team leverages cutting-edge technologies and modern ML tooling. They focus on building scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will contribute to a unique design challenge blending consumer product craft with intelligent systems.
