Requirements:

• Experience designing and implementing successful technical program or product management systems for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Extensive experience documenting and translating cross-functional business to technical requirements and vice versa.
• Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and drive change effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven track record of developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly in remote settings.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Confidence to collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end product delivery, ensuring quality from design handoff through development, QA, testing, and final release.
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and execution risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning milestones, roadmaps, and priorities across teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Engineering, Product, and Design Team and other cross-functional teams.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences for effective updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and performance.
• Distill complex projects into clear, actionable plans.
