Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Intelligence, or a related analytical function.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically commercial data, reporting, and CRM analysis.
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks.
- Strong ability to transform complex information into practical, actionable business insights.
- Proven experience partnering directly with commercial leadership, including coordinators, managers, or VP-level stakeholders.
- Confidence presenting recommendations and defending conclusions in management meetings.
- Strong business acumen regarding the full revenue journey.
- Ability to identify funnel bottlenecks and their impacts on performance.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in payments, banking, or fintech is a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a performance reference for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channels to ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Diagnose funnel performance issues and partner with Tech Stack teams to address root causes.
- Define and implement action plans with commercial leadership based on business diagnostics.
- Identify operational risks and growth opportunities through continuous commercial data analysis.
- Manage end-to-end commercial intelligence initiatives, including hypothesis development, testing, and validation.
- Ensure commercial data consistency and governance across CRM and analytical databases.
- Provide analytical partnership to leadership and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
