Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Practical experience or strong interest in AI-assisted and agentic software development, including prompt engineering.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and apply sound engineering judgment.
- Experience with end-to-end software delivery including system architecture and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of secure software development and cybersecurity risks.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in an autonomous, results-focused environment.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI development tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and evolution of product features as part of an autonomous engineering team.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Apply AI-first development practices using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable.
- Architect, implement, review, and validate AI-assisted code to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for applications, from system design through cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Apply modern security practices when developing applications that handle sensitive compliance information.
