Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience building scalable, high-performing, and robust applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with solid experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in modern web frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python).
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, multithreading, distributed systems).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Solr/Vespa/Lucene).
- Cloud-native development experience with AWS or GCP.
- Skilled with containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically within distributed, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality, performant, and scalable software systems across backend and frontend.
- Own the technical architecture and reliability of backend services alongside frontend microapps.
- Lead technical design discussions, clarify requirements, and deliver effective and maintainable solutions.
- Take ownership of full-stack development projects, from backend APIs (Python/Java) to front-end integration.
- Apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering to improve delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and coach engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and integrate intelligent features into the platform, leveraging LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks.
