Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
- Demonstrated current, hands-on use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Strong Java (Java 8+) and Spring development skills.
- Experience with RESTful API design.
- Proficiency in React JS or another modern frontend framework.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Experience creating automated tests with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Ability to work with Australia and New Zealand business hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, Sling Models, client libraries, and OSGi services.
- Configure and support AEM Assets including DAM workflows and metadata capabilities.
- Build backend services using Java, Spring, OSGi, Sling, and REST APIs.
- Create component-based frontend experiences using React JS or equivalent frameworks.
- Write and maintain automated tests using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Integrate AI coding assistants into workflows for coding, testing, documentation, and analysis.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders across project delivery.
