Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3 years of documented business analyst experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated experience working with the DoD Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or a comparable federal financial management regulation.
- Experience analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, developing reports, and supporting financial management activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, operational requirements, and financial management procedures to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret and apply Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) requirements or comparable federal financial management regulations.
- Develop and maintain business documentation, requirements, process documentation, analytical reports, presentations, and other professional deliverables.
- Communicate business findings, recommendations, requirements, and process considerations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to analyze information and produce high-quality business deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate potential solutions, and support effective implementation.
