Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Associate, or similar analytical/operational role.
- Strong data-analysis capabilities to investigate complex questions and identify trends with limited direction.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for detailed analysis and reporting.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data-driven presentations for business stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with potential P&L or financial-analysis experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide project direction through data.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to document operational needs and translate them into business requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and priorities to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals.
- Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and validate solutions against requirements.
- Provide analytical support for performance improvement initiatives by identifying trends and operational challenges.
- Prepare recurring internal reporting on performance, financial results, and operational metrics.
- Analyze appraiser and broker panel coverage to identify capacity and performance opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical presentations using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and QuickSight.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
