- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage through change.
- Strong history of mentoring and developing employees.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Microsoft/Google Workspace experience.
- Deep Excel/Sheets experience.
- P&L experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering by facilitating stakeholder sessions to elicit, analyze, and document operational needs.
- Define project scope and business objectives to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
- Validate delivered solutions against business needs through user story creation and acceptance criteria.
- Provide analytical support for performance improvement initiatives and weekly internal reporting.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, and QuickSight.
- Communicate data, performance trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and CX stakeholders.
