Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, ERP, business transformation, or solution architecture.
- Deep, firsthand experience within Manufacturing and/or Distribution.
- Significant experience implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the broader Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
- Proven ability to architect complex, enterprise-scale solutions across multiple technology domains.
- Significant experience in both solution delivery and pre-sales.
- Experience developing estimates, resource plans, implementation approaches, and Statements of Work.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data, analytics, and technology architecture.
- Ability to advise and influence C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for client engagements, workshops, and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation opportunities.
- Translate client objectives and business requirements into integrated future-state solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, RFP responses, demonstrations, and executive discussions.
- Define integration strategies across Dynamics 365, legacy systems, ISVs, and enterprise platforms.
- Develop implementation approaches, estimates, resource plans, and Statements of Work in partnership with Delivery.
- Lead the transition from Pre-Sales to Delivery and support project mobilization.
- Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to reusable demonstrations and industry assets.
