Strong skills in data modeling, web scraping, and signal aggregation for audience intelligence.
Ability to build experimentation infrastructure to test messaging, offers, and channel mixes.
Experience creating and maintaining analytics dashboards for funnel and campaign performance.
Strong systems-thinking approach with a bias toward automation.
Ability to translate technical system architecture into actionable narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, data-rich environments.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced professional settings.

Design, build, and maintain automated acquisition systems, including AI-driven outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and lifecycle automation.
Develop and operate personalization logic at scale, using audience segments, behavioral signals, and lifecycle stages.
Instrument and integrate the acquisition stack, including CDPs, marketing automation, CRMs, and experimentation tools.
Build models to identify high-propensity segments and prioritize acquisition targets through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Build and maintain infrastructure for testing messaging and offers, converting winning pilots into automated motions.
Create and manage reporting dashboards to track funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution.
Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data, and sales teams to align systems with business priorities.
