Requirements

- Strong SQL proficiency with experience building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
- Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies.
- Effective use of AI tools for reliable and efficient data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data findings for executive audiences.
- Proven project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment.
- Background in product, strategy, or growth analytics preferred.
- Fintech or high-growth startup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for both the product team and executive leadership.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to provide valuable contributions to the company's strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to analyze user behavior, product performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Develop and maintain product-related dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for data-driven insights that enhance the company's long-term strategy.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge and insights to elevate the overall capabilities of the team.
- Serve as a liaison between the Strategy & Analytics team and other business units.
