Job Details

Advanced experience developing and supporting production analytics solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong command of DAX and Power Query.
Proven experience designing, building, or maintaining semantic models and governed analytical datasets.
Strong understanding of enterprise BI architecture, KPI design, reporting standards, and analytical product development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable modern analytics platform.
Experience modernizing, consolidating, migrating, or rationalizing enterprise reporting environments.
Working knowledge of analytics security, data governance, data quality, and metadata practices.
Experience implementing row-level security or comparable data-access models.
Strong stakeholder-management skills across requirements discovery, solution delivery, and adoption.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Lead the design and modernization of enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and maintain governed semantic models, shared datasets, KPI definitions, and reusable analytical components.
Build and optimize executive, operational, and compliance reporting that supports business and mission-critical decisions.
Modernize fragmented reporting environments into scalable and standardized enterprise analytics products.
Implement row-level and object-level security controls in alignment with governance requirements.
Partner with data engineering, governance, and application teams throughout the analytics product lifecycle.
Translate stakeholder needs into analytical requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
