Requirements
- Strong commercial backend experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience building and supporting production systems.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with microservices, queues, caching, or asynchronous processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and performance issues.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to clarify requirements and drive technical decisions.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- English language proficiency for written communication and calls.
- Experience using AI tools in software development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs used across the Sweed platform.
- Work with C#, .NET, relational databases, queues, caching, and integrations.
- Improve performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability of production systems.
- Contribute to the evolution of architecture, including microservices and monolith decomposition.
- Own technical solutions from design to production in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and maintain quality.
