Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Finance, GTM Finance, Business Analytics, or a related function.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience or strong potential to hire, coach, and lead analytics talent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-facing presentation experience.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure.
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Transform data from CRM, marketing automation, and financial systems into business intelligence.
- Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions to improve visibility into GTM performance.
- Establish KPIs and measurement methodologies for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
- Analyze account-level investments and outcomes to guide budget allocation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics function.
- Automate manual reporting workflows.
