- Serve as the primary analytical resource for requests from executives and department leaders, delivering insights that support informed decision-making.
- Own the full breadth of FP&A activities, including Board and investor reporting, short- and long-term financial planning, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the data underlying financial and operational reporting, addressing quality issues at their source in partnership with relevant teams.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve data models, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities, leveraging AI to take ownership of increasingly technical aspects of the data infrastructure.
- Translate complex financial and operational findings into clear recommendations and actionable takeaways for non-finance stakeholders.
- Partner across the organization to identify the metrics, processes, and insights that are most critical to evaluating business performance and driving growth.
