Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing, sales, pipeline, or revenue performance metrics (preferred).
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing concepts (preferred).
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or other analytical tools (preferred).
- Experience creating executive-ready reporting and presentations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide visibility into GTM performance.
- Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing engagement, and sales productivity trends.
- Compile and validate data from Salesforce, BI tools, financial systems, and other business platforms.
- Support the measurement and reporting framework for Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to address reporting and analytical needs.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities related to GTM investments.
- Develop financial models that connect commercial activities to business outcomes.
