Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability, Infrastructure Operations, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments and 24x7 operations.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana, IBM Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Ansible or Puppet.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms including VMware, Linux, Windows Server, and Citrix VDI.
- Understanding of ITIL framework, incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience with Enterprise Logging & Telemetry (ELT) and event correlation platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring concepts like SLO/SLA, log aggregation, and performance thresholds.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, middleware, and IoT services using IBM Instana, Grafana, and SolarWinds.
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot Enterprise Logging & Telemetry (ELT) integrations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and participate in major incident resolution.
- Develop automation solutions for operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using Ansible or Puppet.
- Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matrices.
