Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Demonstrated ownership of full product P&L in fintech, banking, or lending.
- Proven track record leading multi-product portfolios at Director or VP level.
- Expertise in improving financial metrics like approval, conversion, renewal, LTV, and cost per acquisition.
- Deep understanding of small business or consumer lending economics.
- Experience defining go-to-market strategy, pricing, and launch planning for financial products.
- Knowledge of regulated financial environments, UDAAP, fair lending, and CFPB guidelines.
- Experience working with Agile Product Delivery organizations.
- Strong ability to present business cases and product strategies to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue and cost drivers for core lending products to improve unit economics.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy and positioning across segments and channels.
- Own product pricing strategy in partnership with Risk and Finance departments.
- Develop a 12–18 month product vision and prioritized roadmap for Line of Credit and Term Loan products.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering domain expertise in small business lending.
- Collaborate with Product Delivery, Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Analyze competitive benchmarks to identify and prioritize product investments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all product initiatives and underwriting logic.
