- Demonstrable experience working within a project team.
- Proficiency in Xero and Syft Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with cloud-based bookkeeping software.
- Strong general ledger and supplier statement reconciliation skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of AI applications and digital tools in an accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Process property transactions from Xero bank account dashboards.
- Lead and support future system implementations, including current property management system development and testing.
- Create and maintain monthly General Ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Registers for all business units.
- Oversee vendor communications and perform supplier account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and facilitate monthly board meetings with owners.
- Maintain daily cashflow forecasts for various bank accounts.
- Perform fact-checking and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist with tax compliance and provide support across wider business units.
