- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
- Ability to master contract-selling techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong active listening and rapport-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Average 20-30 calls per day with an expectation of closing 25% of inbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and sell vehicle service contracts.
- Strive to successfully complete a one-call close.
- Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics.
- Persuasively educate consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract.
- Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship.
- Work effectively as a team player.
- Maintain video visibility for training and meetings.
