Requirements
- 1–3 years of commission-based or call-center sales experience.
- Competitive, resilient mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST.
- Willingness to use a camera for training and team meetings.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and sell vehicle service contracts to protect their investments.
- Master the 'one-call close' by effectively overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with a supportive management team backed by 50 years of combined training experience.
