Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in leading multiple topics simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Independent and proactive approach to taking responsibility for tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and technical teams.
- Proficiency in monitoring deadlines, risks, dependencies, and status updates.
- Experience working within an IT environment.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Planner is preferred.
- Experience working with multiple clients or an internal competence center is a plus.
- PRINCE2 certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing topics and initiatives for clients.
- Manage multiple parallel tasks and projects of varying scale.
- Organize the work of teams involved in task execution.
- Monitor deadlines, statuses, and subsequent steps.
- Maintain contact with clients and establish scope and priorities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential problems while responding early.
- Ensure established actions are executed and completed.
- Prepare status reports and track progress.
- Collaborate with technical experts and Microsoft Competence Center teams.
- Support the refinement and improvement of client service processes.
