- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims.
- Take statements and pay lost wage benefits.
- File state forms and manage claim denials.
- Handle subrogation and litigation processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders including CEOs, claimants, medical providers, and attorneys.
