Requirements
- Basic understanding of house plans or construction drawings.
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
- Ability to follow established processes and use initiative.
- Experience in interior design, drafting, architecture, real estate, or new home sales is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Review builders’ construction plans and project information.
- Set up customer projects and electronic job files within Fortix.
- Prepare air-conditioning designs and heat-load calculations using Plandroid.
- Draft quotations and costings in simPRO using established pricing.
- Prepare preliminary solar and battery designs using Pylon.
- Produce customer proposals through Quotient.
- Submit completed designs and quotations for owner review and approval.
- Assist with solar administration including government rebates and network approvals.
- Maintain accurate file management and version control.
- Liaise with the Perth-based team regarding project requirements.
