Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong technical and systems mindset.
- Proven experience with Shopify including apps and integrations.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for visual content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to create visual product layouts, especially for furniture.
- Strong email management and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Proactive approach to managing varied, non-routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize 3+ email inboxes with rules and automations.
- Respond to emails on behalf of the client for suppliers and internal communication.
- Manage product-related tasks, apps, and integrations within Shopify.
- Create and edit visual content, furniture layouts, and mood boards using Canva.
- Assist with email marketing, social media, and data tracking for KPI reporting.
- Upload and organize data for reporting tools using Excel.
