Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as a tech VA, OBM, or digital setup specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify website builds, product pages, checkout, and sales funnels.
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM and funnel platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace setup and administration.
- Solid experience with domain management, DNS settings, and email configuration.
- Highly independent with the ability to execute tasks without constant check-ins.
- Experience supporting solo entrepreneurs or working in a startup-style environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch a high-end personal brand website, preferably on Shopify.
- Configure Google Workspace accounts, migrate existing email from IONOS, and manage multiple domain redirections.
- Set up sales funnels, landing pages, and automated email sequences using GoHighLevel or Shopify.
- Implement paid discovery call booking flows and lead magnet funnels.
- Organize and streamline digital workspaces, providing clear documentation for client independence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the setup phase.
