Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with manipulating and analyzing datasets using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in Business Operations, Business Operations support, Customer Success, Finance, or related operational areas.
- Ability to organize information, identify patterns and bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience or practical interest in using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate workflows.
- Familiarity with real estate, go-to-market strategy, sales funnels, lead generation, or performance management is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and use AI tools, particularly Claude, to build scalable interfaces and workflows.
- Support leadership with goal setting, business model development, and initiatives designed to accelerate internal processes.
- Improve the management and visibility of hunting operations through performance dashboards, funnel organization, prioritization, and identification of operational bottlenecks.
- Develop automated solutions for generating and qualifying leads from real estate partners.
- Standardize operational learnings and establish repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical solutions using data, automation, and technology.
