Requirements
- Completed degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Solid SQL knowledge, including complex queries and basic query optimization.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline maintenance.
- Ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical documentation ability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Python experience for data analysis or automation (plus).
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Lake concepts, Git, Apache NiFi, Airflow, Spark, or cloud platforms like AWS (plus).
Responsibilities
- Execute SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL routines.
- Assist with the maintenance and organization of databases, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake structures.
- Support data-quality activities to ensure reliable analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and operational and management reports using data visualization tools.
- Support the creation, updating, and validation of KPIs to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Perform descriptive analyses to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Translate business needs into practical data solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Document business rules, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
- Follow information-security and data-privacy policies, including LGPD requirements.
