Responsibilities
- Monitor credit recovery portfolios and delinquency indicators to identify trends.
- Follow demands throughout the credit recovery cycle and monitor service quality.
- Participate in the design and implementation of improvements to credit recovery workflows.
- Support recovery campaigns and action plans through execution and monitoring.
- Manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and prepare operational controls.
- Conduct research and build dashboards to support management decisions.
- Provide high-quality service to members and affiliated organizations.
