- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies, digital platforms, CRM systems, and online learning tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically through email and virtual meetings.
- Genuine interest in coaching and supporting others via email and Zoom.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Personal commitment to the organization's Christian mission and agreement with its Statement of Faith.
Responsibilities
- Review volunteer applications and communicate with applicants and references.
- Process reactivation requests from former online missionaries and guide them through training.
- Use CRM and learning management systems to track application status, training progress, and milestones.
- Engage with trainees throughout their learning journey, monitoring progress and expectations.
- Review trainee exercises and provide constructive coaching on online ministry approaches.
- Place successful graduates into volunteer communities and coordinate transitions with leaders.
- Manage application and training inboxes with a one-business-day response time.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent processes and maintain accurate records.
- Support a positive, encouraging, and professional volunteer experience.
