Requirements
- Significant professional experience in travel sourcing, procurement, spend analytics, or supplier management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or Analytics (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience supporting or leading sourcing activities within a multinational or global organization.
- Strong understanding of travel procurement categories (airlines, hotels, travel management companies, booking tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret spend, financial, and market data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical/reporting tools.
- Experience with research technologies, financial analysis tools, and data-driven sourcing solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Strong supplier relationship management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote global environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned travel categories.
- Analyze travel spend and expense data to identify trends, leakage, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and execute RFPs, RFIs, and sourcing activities for airlines, hotels, and travel management companies.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure travel programs remain competitive.
- Track supplier performance, compliance, service-level agreements, and negotiated rates.
- Develop advanced analytics and reporting capabilities for travel spend categories.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance, and Global Mobility teams to align travel policies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and analytics tools to improve sourcing effectiveness.
