Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Lead Engineer or comparable senior engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow internal services, APIs, and REST-based integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Knowledge of CI identification techniques and multi-source CMDB data quality maintenance.
- Experience configuring and maintaining MID Servers across environments.
- Proficiency with command-line tools and Service Mapping troubleshooting.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles including web services and distributed applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Power BI, analytics, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of custom ServiceNow applications supporting work order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow functionality.
- Design and implement integrated logic and functional components using ServiceNow internal services and REST APIs.
- Install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Certification Management, Service Graph Connectors, and multi-source CMDB.
- Configure and manage MID Servers and extend Horizontal Discovery through customized infrastructure and application patterns.
- Contribute to analytics and reporting initiatives, including Power BI capabilities and AI-enabled service management solutions.
