Requirements
- 5+ years of experience applying AI and automation within ServiceNow environments or closely related enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role, including mentoring developers.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Practical experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, including services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Vertex AI.
- Experience with big data technologies, particularly Apache Spark and Snowflake.
- Strong NLP expertise, including Hugging Face transformer models.
- Experience designing and optimizing databases and data warehouses.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor AI/ML developers while providing technical direction across complex ServiceNow and AI initiatives.
- Design, develop, train, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and other enterprise use cases.
- Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP and transformer-based models, including BERT and GPT-family models.
- Build intelligent chatbots and AI-powered automations integrating ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Azure AI.
- Design and engineer Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous decision-making and adaptive behavior.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data validation frameworks.
- Work with Apache Spark and Snowflake for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Optimize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, coding standards, and solution design.
