Requirements

- Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with Golang is valuable; candidates must be comfortable learning and adopting the language.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to contribute beyond individual team boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve backend features while improving the operational experience of systems.
- Design and implement architectural improvements for a scalable, multi-tenant observability application platform.
- Author and review technical design documents to establish architectural direction.
- Shape technical roadmaps by balancing platform evolution with delivery priorities.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure alignment with product and technical needs.
- Mentor and support other engineers to raise organizational engineering quality.
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations to ensure production reliability.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
