Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating software at scale.
- Strong background in SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
- Experience with scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability (HA).
- Proficiency in Golang or a willingness to learn the language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and meetings.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and align with squad/stakeholder needs.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a focus on progress over perfection.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance the operational experience of developed systems, and iteratively improve them based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review technical design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the product roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members and collaborate with different teams across the organization.
- Own the customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
