Requirements
- Strong coding skills and operational experience building and maintaining software.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms at scale.
- Expertise in distributed systems problems including scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability (HA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and align with external stakeholder needs.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and handling ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Golang or strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with production systems and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance system operational experience, and iteratively improve systems based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members and collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Own customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
