Requirements
- Strong coding and operational experience, specifically with software you have built.
- Extensive experience working on SaaS platforms at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability (HA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and align work with stakeholders.
- Pragmatic problem-solving ability with a focus on progress over perfection.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Golang or a strong willingness to learn the language.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance operational experience, and iteratively improve systems based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members while collaborating with different teams across the organization.
- Own customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
