Requirements
- Extensive experience with SaaS platforms at scale.
- Strong coding skills and direct operational experience with software you have built.
- Proven experience with distributed systems problems including scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to prioritizing progress over perfection in ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with Golang or a strong desire to learn the language.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance system operational experience, and improve systems based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review technical design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the product roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members and collaborate across different organizational squads.
- Own customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
