Requirements
- Extensive experience with SaaS platforms at scale.
- Proven experience with distributed systems problems, including scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
- Strong coding skills and direct experience operating the software you have built.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and meetings.
- Experience working across teams, aligning with stakeholders, and transparency in planning.
- Pragmatic approach to prioritizing progress and handling ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Golang or a strong desire to learn the language.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance system operational experience, and improve systems based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members while collaborating across the organization.
- Own customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
