Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or technical-functional leadership.
- Strong experience in enterprise SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP).
- Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Proven experience with data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics priorities.
- Experience with resource planning, financial management, and partner coordination.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data & Analytics solutions across Databricks, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft BI technologies.
- Work with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP across data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end ownership of selected data products from development to maintenance.
- Manage business demand intake and align stakeholders on priorities.
- Lead resource planning, financial forecasting, and budget discipline.
- Coordinate external technology partners, overseeing resource allocation and delivery quality.
- Guide major initiatives from discovery through go-live with effective project organization.
- Build prototypes and support technical implementation when needed.
- Structure agile execution tasks and dependencies across multiple teams.
