Requirements
- Strong professional experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and developing Data teams.
- Sufficient technical depth to confidently discuss data architecture, platforms, data engineering, analytics, and technical decisions.
- Experience working in technology companies and/or digital product environments.
- Strong business orientation and the ability to translate business problems into effective, data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across different organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive leadership.
- Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, rapid growth, and technological evolution.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Data strategy and roadmap in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Lead, structure, and develop Data teams, fostering high performance, technical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
- Establish priorities and make strategic decisions across the Data ecosystem, balancing business impact, technical needs, and long-term scalability.
- Guide the evolution of data architecture, platforms, products, and solutions.
- Establish and maintain standards for data quality, governance, security, reliability, and observability.
- Partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and other strategic functions to align data initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Translate business needs and challenges into scalable Data solutions and products.
- Promote a strong data-driven culture and expand the use of analytics and intelligence across the organization.
