- Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit design software.
- Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to engineering solutions.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating technical requirements.
- Communication and collaboration skills for working with commercial and engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear documentation and recommendations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technical requests to identify customer requirements and applicable product solutions.
- Develop flowcharts, calculations, and descriptive technical documentation.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and assist in the customization of commercial proposals.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions against standards and product portfolio.
- Clarify technical questions regarding product performance and specifications for internal teams.
- Perform simulations and comparative studies to support project-specific solution selection.
- Support project implementation by providing technical guidance for adjustments.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and databases.
