Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in K–12 education, instructional leadership, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in data cleaning, validation, transformation, and quality management.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including identifying trends and translating findings into practical insights.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience using Business Intelligence platforms to develop automated reporting, dashboards, and data models.
- Experience adapting or developing reporting tools and data solutions for various stakeholder groups.
- Strong ability to explain data concepts and analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage complex data workstreams independently and prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable working style.
- Experience creating user-facing documentation, training materials, or guidance is highly valuable.
- Ability to provide a relevant work sample demonstrating a dashboard or reporting solution.
Responsibilities
- Adapt existing data collection tools, scalable reports, and dashboards to meet project requirements.
- Develop customized data solutions and reporting resources for high-priority initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and structure data into accessible formats for internal and external partners.
- Identify trends and translate complex findings into actionable, human-centered insights.
- Promote data-driven practices by creating training materials and guidance for delivery teams.
- Manage function-specific data projects independently to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Refine operational tools and processes to improve efficiency and project monitoring.
- Assess complex project challenges and implement solutions to support continuous learning.
