Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional training.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within the insurance industry.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance and the ability to analyze coverage and identify appropriate solutions.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities, including the ability to provide direction, constructive feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex client needs.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support larger and/or more complex commercial insurance accounts, providing responsive and high-quality service throughout the client relationship.
- Partner closely with Producers and other account stakeholders to understand client objectives, assess insurance needs, and support account strategy.
- Analyze client coverage and independently make recommendations regarding coverage needs, potential gaps, and appropriate insurance solutions.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional lines of coverage when relevant to clients' evolving business and risk profiles.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carrier representatives, and other market contacts.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues and contribute to a collaborative environment through guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide direction, constructive feedback, development support, and training to colleagues when appropriate.
